I am an education and organizational development professional with extensive experience across international education, nonprofit leadership, and global mobility. I specialize in supporting international schools, families, and organizations through evidence-based practices that improve systems, strengthen programming, and enhance cross-cultural educational experiences.

My work includes conducting needs assessments, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation for international schools, which contributed to my focus on teacher retention. Developing and maintaining a strong, consistent staff is key to excellent teaching and learning and, ultimately, student outcomes.

I hold an MSW focused on systems theory, management, and community practice, and I am currently a doctoral researcher at the University of Bath, where my research examines teacher retention in IB World Schools in Germany.
