I am a doctoral researcher at the University of Bath, where my research examines teacher retention in IB World Schools in Germany, and I hold an MSW with a focus on systems theory, management, and community practice.

My earlier work spans international education, nonprofit leadership, and accreditation opportunities in Central Asia and Africa, including needs assessments, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation for international schools.

That work led me to retention: a stable, well-supported staff is the foundation of excellent teaching and, ultimately, student outcomes.
